Ginger Matcha Rice Cream Ale ABV 4.0% Fermentables: 2-Row Pale, CaraPils, Flaked Rice, Rice Syrup Hops/Spices: Centennial, Citra, Ginger, Matcha Another play on our basic cream ale. The malt recipe is rather bare-bones, with the addition of rice in place of corn. The rice lightens the taste and perhaps adds a hint of fruit. A subtle grain sweetness with virtually no hops bitterness leaves room for the delicate green tea flavor and aroma. Ginger brightens the finish and completes the “Asian inspired” theme.

Vanilla Cream Ale ABV 5.0% Fermentables: 2-Row, Wheat, CaraPils, Lactose Hops/Spices: Willamette, Vanilla All Downhill is similar to Working Class Hero, our straightforward “beer flavored” beer. The obvious difference is the addition of vanilla and lactose, which play on the “cream” idea (even if creaminess isn’t typical for the Cream Ale style). The subtle difference is the addition of 30% malted wheat in place of the Munich and Vienna malts.
