IPA ABV 6.9% IBU 40 Fermentables: 2-row, Rye Hops: Columbus, Mosaic, Simcoe, Ekuanot Rye Demise is a bit of a moving target. Originally, we brewed it as an IPA. Last year, we dubbed it a pale ale, with a lower ABV and a restrained bitterness and hoppiness.
