Hops: Simcoe, Mosaic, Ekuanot
We’re thinking of Wowie Zowie as the hazy counterpart to Killer Diller. Its grain bill is comparable to the other hazy pales that we brew, and the hops are the same combination that we typically use in Killer Diller. Taste them side by side and decide which you like better, though your answer will probably be wrong, unless you agree with Brewer James.
