Hops: Mosaic, Motueka
Party Favor is brewed with a moderate amount of the high-protein grains that we like to use in hazy pales, namely wheat and oats. The featured hops variety is a New Zealand cultivar named Motueka, which contributes a fantastic zesty lime flavor. Overall, the beer has a lovely soft mouthfeel with a dry finish, restrained but present bitterness, and juicy citrus overtones. Party Favor is unofficially our non-official Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week collaboration beer, allegedly.
