Fermentables: 2-Row, Wheat, Oat Malt, Vienna, CaraPils, Honey Malt, Lactose
Hops/Spices: Falconer’s Flight, Lemon Zest, Ceylon Orange Pekoe tea
A super creamy IPA, thanks to lots of wheat, oats, and milk sugar (lactose). Falconer’s Flight is a citrusy blend of hops, which together with the lemon zest provide the lemonade component. And the Ceylon black tea adds a subtle herbal character with a hint of dryness to balance the residual sweetness. If you haven’t already put it together, this beer is based on the “Arnold Palmer” half & half soft drink.
