Roggenbier is a somewhat obscure German-style rye beer. Ours is fermented with a traditional Weizen yeast, which contributes spicy clove and subtle banana. It’s quite similar to the more familiar Hefeweizen style but with a warm, bready malt character and fuller mouthfeel.
