One of our seven “original lineup” beers, and a brewer favorite. It’s fake news, as far as beer styles are concerned, landing somewhere between a Strong American Porter and a Belgian Trappist Dubbel. Bruna gets its defining character from a combination of chocolate malt, Special B, and dark candi syrup, which contribute dark chocolate, dark fruit, and coffee flavors. The Belgian yeast adds fruit and spice, which blend well with the malt, making for a rich, velvety pint.
