American Wheat Spoonwood Brewing

AMERICAN WHEAT  ABV 3.4%  IBU 07 Fermentables: Pils, Wheat, Carapils Hops: Sorachi Ace, Goldings, Amarillo A lightly soured wort is produced by adding Lactobacillus to the kettle, prior to boil.
