Subliminal Chicanery – Mexican Chocolate Brown Ale 5.9% Fermentables: 2-row, Victory, Special Roast, Chocolate Malt, CaraMunich Hops/Spices: Santiam, Cacao, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Cayenne A Mexican Chocolate style update of our How Now Brown Ale, with lots of bittersweet chocolate and cinnamon, a touch of vanilla, and a hint of cayenne.

Honey Sesame Brown Ale ABV 4.2% Fermentables: Pale Ale, Munich, Vienna, Caramel, Chocolate, Honey Hops/Spices: Sterling, Willamette, Black Sesame We brewed this low ABV “session beer” in collaboration with Church Brew Works and Pittsburgh Bottleshop for the release of the Pittsburgh Brewers Guild Brewery Guide. The malt is sourced entirely from a maltster near Philadelphia called Double Eagle, and the honey comes from Bedillion Farm in Hickory, PA. HOW NOW

Brown Ale   ABV 5.4%  IBU 23 Fermentables: 2-row, Victory, CaraMunich, Chocolate Malt Hops/Spices: Santiam, Willamette, Peanut Butter This version of How Now is flavored with PB2, which is a dehydrated peanut butter. Much of the natural oils are removed, which makes it compatible with beer. The base beer is the same as usual, with a hint of caramel malt sweetness, a touch of biscuit, and roasty dark chocolate.
