The Menu For Our New Years Eve Beer Pairing Dinner

If you’ve attended any of our past Beer Pairing Dinners, you know we go all out. Exceptional cuisine that truly showcases the talent of our culinary team combined with tremendous craft beer that shines the spotlight on what our brewers do each and every day. When great food meets great beer, good times shall be had by all.

In that spirit, we are hosting a special New Years Eve Beer Dinner to help you ring in 2017 in style. We will be featuring four courses paired with the perfect beer. Our Head Brewer Steve Ilnicki and Executive Chef Marcus Brackhoff put their heads together to design a menu that will impress, satisfy, and illuminate your palate.

And, best of all, the dinner is scheduled from 7:00-9:00pm, so you’re free to paint the town red or get to bed before midnight. However you choose to get down, it’s your world!

Here’s a sneak peek at the menu Steve and Marcus designed:

Course 1:

Gnocchi – Potato Gnocchi, Bacon, Chevre, Grilled Apple, Celery Leaf, Sage Brown Butter

Paired with Killer Diller IPA

Course 2:

Wood-Fired Beet – Wood-Fired Baby Beets, Sweet Onion, Mixed Greens, Roasted Almond, Pecorino Pepato, Red Wine Vinegar, Frantoia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Paired with Working Class Hero Cream Ale

Course 3:

Lamb Osso Buco – Beer-Braised Lamb Shank, Spoon Bread, Pan Jus, Gremolota

Paired with Evolutions End Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

Course 4:

Buttered Popcorn Pot de Creme – Buttery Popcorn Flavored Custard, Salted Caramel, Cracker Jack

Paired with a Scotch Ale to be named in the near future
